How can massage benefit me?
Many people are familiar with the general benefits of massage—stress relief, reduced muscle tension, and the simple enjoyment of the treatment itself. What I offer in addition is a deeper focus on breath and body awareness. During my research thesis, I observed meaningful improvements in breathing ability and habits when massage was paired with mindful client education. By communicating my thought process throughout treatment, I aim to help clients become more attuned to their bodies and better equipped to care for themselves day to day.
This approach is always available for those interested, and complements my experience in treating chronic conditions, general injuries, and sport-specific concerns.
What should I expect from my first treatment and onward?
Your first session includes a massage treatment, a thorough review of your health history, and a full assessment. Based on this, I create a personalized plan outlining the timeline for your future treatments. After each session, I provide tailored exercise recommendations—such as stretching and strengthening—to support your recovery and wellbeing.
How can I optimize treatment and recovery?
Clear communication during treatment enhances the effectiveness of massage, but lasting benefits and recovery depend largely on the habits and lifestyle changes you make outside the clinic. I emphasize the importance of aftercare and exercise referral, which I provide with every treatment to empower you to take control of your own recovery.
About Me.

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Health and Exercise Sciences (Honors).
I furthered my education in massage therapy abroad in Ireland,
where I worked with a wide range of clients and conditions. This
included sport-specific treatment, exercise referral, and developing personalized exercise programming. During this time, I also conducted research on massage and well-being, with a focus on the relationship
between breathing and recovery.
What drives my work is a genuine desire to help people feel better—whether through general relaxation massage, recovery from injury, or managing chronic conditions. I believe massage is more than just a treatment; it’s a powerful tool for building body awareness and educating clients on how to support their own health in everyday life.
My goal is to share my skills with those in need and support each client in becoming their best self - physically, mentally, and holistically.

At Fanshawe, I spent two intensive years learning everything about massage therapy. I studied hands-on techniques, explored a wide range of clinical conditions, and deepened my knowledge in pathology, anatomy, and exercise referral.
Honours B.Sc in Health and Exercise Sciences
Munster Technological University, Tralee, Ireland
I pursued a B.Sc. program in Ireland as part of a broad effort to expand my education in exercise programming, health sciences, and nutrition. During this time, I also led a research thesis on the effects of massage on breathing capacity and stress reduction.
